About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Officer to handle office-based sales activities for 3 Idea Technology. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products and solutions, following up with prospects, and converting leads into business.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to understand and explain technology/3D printing-related products to customers.
What you'll do
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales and office-based business development activities.
- Make calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and applications to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for product-related queries.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Stay updated on company products, 3D printers, and related technology.
What we're looking for
- Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in sales / inside sales / telesales / B2B sales.
- Candidates with experience in technology products, electronics, 3D printing, industrial products, or consumer electronics will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Comfortable making a high volume of sales calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Should be confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
